Adding a New User and Assigning to a User Group You can only add a new user if you have administrator permissions. To add a new user and assign to a User Group: Path: Administrator > Users 1. In the Users screen, click the Add New User link to display the Add New User screen. 2. Type the appropriate entries in each of these fields. Force Password Change on Next Login Allows the user with Administrator permissions to force a password change for a new user the next time they login 3. When you have completed these entries, click to save this new user to the database.
